Supplier Quality Engineer

The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for supplier quality management from production to testing, audit, and field performance. The role focuses on preventative activities, manages supplier quality results, and achieves operational and field performance. The engineer will work on initial sample management, mass production quality management, continuous improvement, and handle supplier quality related issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality engineer or quality related area
• Technical background in structure welding, construction machinery industry or equal industry
• Knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9000 / TS16949)
• Good problem solving skill, good practice on quality tools like 8D, 5 WHY and continue improvement
• Ability to solve problems in a structured manner
• Good technical and analytic skills with extensive experience in supplier manufacturing process
