Senior Technical Project Manager

This is an exciting role in an innovative, high-growth defense technology company. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead research and development projects from initial planning through delivery of first-article solutions, working closely with talented engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

• Act as the bridge between ETO and other department stakeholders
• Create and own agile/hybrid project plans
• Be a servant leader to an interdisciplinary and inter-functional scrum
• Remove obstacles and find creative ways to do things better, faster, and more efficiently
• Track the delivery of technical features, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and work proactively to resolve them before they impact the timeline or deliverables
