EPISCOPAL CHURCH HOME

NYS Certified Nursing Assistant credentials, high school diploma or equivalent, and experience working with older adults required

High school diploma or equivalency, 10 years’ trade experience, valid NYS driver’s license, and knowledge of building systems and regulations

Current NY LPN license, 1+ year clinical experience (gerontology preferred), and effective communication skills

Graduation from an accredited program of PTA education and 1 year of clinical licensed PTA level experience required

High school diploma/equivalent and willingness to learn. 6 months exp. in a health-care setting preferred. Ability to lift & interact well with the public

High school diploma/equivalent. 6 months food service experience preferred. Knowledge of NYS DOH regulations is required

NY state RN license required. 1+ year clinical experience (gerontology preferred). Strong communication & CPR certification needed

NYS CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, and good reading/writing skills. Physical ability to lift and stand comfortably is required

NYP license req. 1+ year clinical experience. CPR certification. Flexible and adaptable, good communication & documentation skills

Current NY state Practical Nurse Licensure, minimum one year clinical experience, effective written and verbal communication skills
