Nurse Manager Registered Nurse - RN

The Nurse Manager Registered Nurse - RN is responsible for the organization and management of nursing practice and resident care of their assigned unit, in collaboration with the nursing supervisors on a 24-hour basis. The position offers a starting annual salary of $90,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid medical insurance, 401(K) with company match, and tuition assistance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of New York State regulatory standards and patient rights
• Effective interpersonal communication, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to create, open, save, and retrieve electronic documents and emails, operate a laptop or desktop computer, and work within a Microsoft Windows operating system
• EMR experience strongly preferred. MS Office and Outlook experience helpful
• Ability to interact courteously and tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and the general public
