Nurse Manager - The HUB Bronx NY

Sun River Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to join our team at our Bronx NY location. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients, participating in the interview process, making hiring decisions, and conducting monthly quality health standard audits. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree, nursing management experience, and a Registered Nurse license in NYS.

Requirements

• Provide patient education according to patient's needs and preferences and document in medical record
• Attend mandated training and demonstrate competence on all nursing procedures
• Ensure that all clinical staff adhere to and understand the work flows, documentation requirements in EHR according to SRH quality standard
• Conduct monthly component meetings with all clinical support team and review the priority issues of the organization
• Perform direct patient care duties of an RN
• Complete annual clinical competencies of Nurses (LPNs,RNs) & Medical Assistants
