Job Description
The Assistant Controller will assist in managing the Finance Department and its team, handling aspects related to documenting and auditing internal controls, credit card management, and team supervision. The role will also involve reviewing financial results, handling ad-hoc financial analysis and projects, and preparing monthly financial statements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of five years of work experience in finance, accounting, or business operations
- Certified Public Accountant license or 2-4 years of public accounting experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office applications and prior ERP knowledge
- NetSuite or Yardi experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and highly organized with meticulous attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively and consistently meet deadlines
