Job Description
The Behavioral Health Clinician II provides intensive and consistent behavioral health services to adults struggling with housing insecurity, mental health and/or substance abuse needs. They work across sites and in the community on a mobile basis to best meet the behavioral health needs of clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience providing full-scope Mental Health services billing Medi-Cal required
- Masters degree in social work or related field, with Board of Behavioral Sciences registration/licensure required
- Experience in service delivery to homeless and other very low-income families and individuals
- Knowledge of and commitment to harm reduction practices
- Working knowledge of funding sources, both public and private
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative work style, initiative and flexibility
- Financial management competence, personnel management skills, and computer proficiency
- Commitment to ECSs mission and to its organizational values
