As a Field Service Engineer, you will manage all aspects of field service support and customer relationship management, providing complete services including installation, repairs, preventative maintenance, and instrument qualifications.
Utilize troubleshooting processes to diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage service call scheduling, parts inventory, and administrative responsibilities, and provide customer training and support.
