Field Service Engineer

Role Overview

The Field Service Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction, and maintaining all equipment models specific to Life Sciences in the assigned area. This position reports to the Area manager and is part of the Equipment Service located in Korea and will be fully remote.

What You Will Do

Responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction, and maintaining all equipment models specific to Life Sciences in the assigned area. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Qualified to Degree level or equivalent. Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Bio-Chemistry, Genetic Engineering, Department of Biology, or related with technical analytical skills. Fresh graduate with good level of English proficiency and prefers comprehensive knowledge of a specific modality or multi-modalities / Network server / programming knowledge & experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Degree level or equivalent
• Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Bio-Chemistry, Genetic Engineering, Department of Biology, or related
• Technical analytical skills
• Good level of English proficiency
• Comprehensive knowledge of a specific modality or multi-modalities
• Network server / programming knowledge & experience
