Role Overview

Join Cytiva's technical service department in Tokyo to work on challenges that matter, collaborating with a team to manage customer outcomes and deliver installation projects. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment, as well as organizing sales promotion activities and collaborating with domestic and worldwide branches.

What You Will Do

Maintenance/Repair/Troubleshooting/Installation/Validation of equipment, organizing strategic sales promotion activities, collaborating with other departments to manage customer outcomes, delivering mid to large scale installation projects, and providing customer support.
