Field Service Engineer - Biotechnology

Role Overview

As a Field Service Engineer at Cytiva, you will be responsible for conducting service, repair, and installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing. You will diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution. This position reports to the Zone Service Manager and will be fully remote.

What You Will Do

Proactive appointment planning for service visits, installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of Cytiva equipment, as well as qualification and requalification of equipment in a GMP environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Engineer degree in mechanical/electronical engineering, biomedical engineering, or mechatronics or adjacent field
• Fluent in Turkish and English language
• Valid driving license B
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 25 kg
