Field Service Engineer

Role Overview

As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide customer satisfaction through technical service, installation, operation, training, and repair of specialized equipment. You will be part of the Field Service Team based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and report to the Taiwan Service Manager.

What You Will Do

Schedule and carry out planned maintenance calls, provide training and technical advice, and monitor repairs. You will also have the opportunity to make suggestions for product improvements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a good track record of successful technical experience in the Life Science market, and a Bachelor Degree in Life science, Chemistry, or equivalent. 3 or more years of relevant Service experience in Life Science industry is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Life science, Chemistry, or equivalent
• 3 or more years of relevant Service experience in Life Science industry
• Good track record of successful technical experience in the Life Science market
