Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in consulting, risk management, enterprise enablement, regulatory compliance, or transformation roles within financial services
• Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory frameworks and expectations
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across senior leadership levels
• Proven capability to synthesize complex information and translate it into clear, concise, executive-level materials
• Sound understanding of risk management disciplines, governance structures, and enterprise change environments
