Job Description
EQT is seeking a Business Process Analyst to drive efficiency through effective use of data, process, and technology. The successful candidate will lead and deliver projects that improve business processes, data visibility, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Curiosity and a passion for improving how things work through data and technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using SQL, Power BI, or similar tools
- Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into simple, scalable solutions
- Strong organizational and communication skills—you can document clearly and present insights effectively
- Comfort working independently while collaborating across teams
- Initiative to learn new technologies, tools, and approaches quickly
- Experience or interest in operations, data management, or process improvement
