Job Description
EQT is seeking a Midstream Operations Technician I/II/III/IV to maintain a safe operating environment and perform various duties associated with maintaining and operating midstream gathering systems. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of related work experience in the natural gas industry and possess strong organizational and research skills.
Requirements
- Maintains a safe operating environment
- Operates, troubleshoots and performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs of pipelines and appurtenances
- Performs pipeline maintenance tasks such as leak surveys, leak repair, and methanol/odorant injection
- Work with EQT’s construction department on coordination of shut-downs and commissioning of pipelines and facilities
- Accurately documents information and utilizes a computerized database for work orders, field data collection, and compliance reporting
