Job Description
SCADA Engineer I at EQT Corporation. The SCADA Engineer supports and operates the systems, processes, and technologies surrounding EQT's SCADA environment, providing ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, user management, and new application development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience supporting SCADA systems in oil & gas or industrial environments (upstream experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of Ignition, eACM, Autosol, or similar SCADA platforms
- Familiarity with OPC-UA, MQTT, and industrial communication protocols
- Experience with data integration, databases, and system interfaces
- Programming/scripting experience (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar) preferred
