As an M&A Analyst, you will play a foundational role in scaling our national acquisition engine, identifying exceptional agencies, cultivating owner relationships, and advancing high-quality opportunities through the deal lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or strategic business development;
• Demonstrated success in origination, sourcing, or relationship-driven dealmaking;
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret, normalize financials and communicate with owner-led businesses;
