Software Engineering Manager

The Software Engineering Manager provides leadership and day-to-day direction to a cross-functional engineering team, establishing and executing operational plans, managing relationships with internal and external customers, and overseeing technical fulfillment projects.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience
• 10+ years' experience in software development and delivery
• Experience working in a fast-paced and agile development environment
• Excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities, and proven design skills
• Detailed knowledge of modern software development lifecycles including CI / CD
• Ability to operate across a broad and complex business unit with multiple stakeholders
