Job description
Oversee the technology team, interview and select people, motivate and inspire the team and drive retention and employee engagement. Ensure the quality of deliveries, prioritize initiatives oriented to metrics, define quality strategy and quality techniques/frameworks, oversee the processes and controls of delivery flow at different discovery, development, testing, approval and implementation phases and ensure stability, performance and maintenance of organizational systems.
Provide software engineers constant feedback and prepare individual development plans to have team members prepared for succession or to occupy new seniority positions. Ensure the efficiency of the teams through the use of metrics, ensuring the balance of indicators according to the defined goals and raising the need for additional resources as needed.
