Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries
• Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation and brand platforms that drive revenue
• Deep understanding of full‐funnel marketing, pipeline analytics, and attribution
• Hands‐on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
• Strong cross‐functional leadership skills with demonstrated success partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations
• Experience leading global or multi‐regional teams (North America and Europe preferred)
