Job Description
To identify customer needs and provide solutions through total customer satisfaction. The Dock&Door Install Technician installs and services dock equipment, performs high-quality service repairs, and communicates with customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 12+ months experience in maintaining commercial doors or dock equipment
- Welding experience preferred
- Basic electrical experience required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read, interpret, and write documents
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to apply common sense understanding
