Accounting Manager

EquipmentShare is hiring an Accounting Manager to provide support to the Assistant Controller group and Management. The role involves performing month-end close procedures, reviewing audit and review engagement requests, and mentoring other team members. The Accounting Manager will also assist with special ad hoc projects and tasks, and will work to identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Ability to research accounting matters and interpret guidance
• Problem-solving skills and ability to identify and propose solutions
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Prior people management experience
