Analytics Engineer, People Analytics

EquipmentShare is hiring an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data structures to support People Analytics initiatives. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with data modeling and ETL solutions, and knowledge of cloud environments and modern data engineering tools.

Requirements

• Develop SQL and Python pipelines extracting and transforming data from Workday, LMS, Qualtrics, and email inboxes via Fivetran.
• Maintain Snowflake/dbt data models, views, tasks, and transformations.
• Monitor pipelines, implement automated testing, and proactively resolve data quality or workflow issues.
• Build dashboards and analytics solutions using internal tools (e.g., Looker).
• Codify business rules into models, transformations, and automated testing frameworks.
• Support day-to-day reporting and analytics, reducing complexity in accessing and querying cross-functional data.
