EquipmentShare is hiring a Business Development Manager to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives within targeted industry verticals, identifying high-value customers and expanding relationships with existing ones. The role requires strong prospecting, relationship development, and industry expertise to position EquipmentShare as a trusted partner in targeted vertical markets.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to penetrate assigned industry verticals
• Identify high-value accounts and market opportunities within specified vertical
• Build relationships with decision makers, project owners, general contractors, and procurement leaders
• Strong consultative selling and prospecting skills
• Ability to identify and penetrate complex customer organizations
• Strategic thinking and market development
• Executive-level relationship management
