Collections Specialist - Pool

EquipmentShare is searching for a Collections Specialist to support our team as the department continues to grow. The ideal candidate will have strong customer focus, excellent negotiation and decision making skills, and the ability to navigate multiple technologies.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Accounting or relevant field
• 2+ years experience in finance/accounting
• Strong foundation in spreadsheets, Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to function as a team player
