EquipmentShare is hiring a Construction Superintendent in Houston, TX. The role involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders, and managing contracts and site inspections.
Requirements
- Provide direction to general contractors, architects, and vendors
- Review construction contracts and pay requests
- Monitor project deliverables and timelines
- Review and approve change order requests
- Review new store plans and ensure compliance with EquipmentShare's building requirements
