Requirements

• Providing direction to general contractors, architects, and vendors
• Reviewing construction contracts and pay requests
• Monitoring deliverables of developments and landlord contractors
• Reviewing and auditing documentation
• Negotiating and approving change order requests
• Reviewing new store plans
• Ensuring locations are designed effectively
• Sourcing new locations within designated Region
• Scoping and budgeting for remodels
• Participating in weekly cross-functional meetings
• Managing the 11-month warranty process
• Storing and filing important materials
