EquipmentShare is hiring a General Manager at their rental facility in Stillwater, OK. The General Manager will be responsible for building and managing a team, maximizing financial success, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of rental industry experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
