Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic)

EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) to maintain and repair company-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. The role requires advanced mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. The technician will use technology to diagnose issues and work with a team to provide real-time support. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
• High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
