Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic)

EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) to work on a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. The role involves maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, and requires advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools. The successful candidate will have a passion for doing meaningful work and a desire to be part of a team that's transforming an industry.

Requirements

• Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
• Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed
• Assist in the training of lower level technicians
• Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer owned equipment
