Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic)

EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) to build the future of construction. As a Field Technician, you will use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and diagnose issues faster. You will maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools.

Requirements

• Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
• Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed
• Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
• Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
• Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer owned equipment
• Maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
