Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic)

EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) to work on customer and company owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts at our rental facility in Baytown, TX. The role involves maintaining and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, using proprietary technology to diagnose issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
