Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic)

Build the Future with Us — EquipmentShare is Hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) to build, maintain and repair heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts using innovative technology to empower contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares. This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen.

Requirements

• Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
• Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
• Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools
• Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
• Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
• Year-round company provided OEM training
• Other duties, assigned as needed
