Internal Audit Senior

EquipmentShare is hiring an Internal Audit Senior to execute and support SOX implementation and continuous control environment evolution, evaluating the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes.

Requirements

• Plan, perform, and document testing as part of the implementation of SOX 404 post-IPO
• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and risk exposure
• Track remediation efforts and validate implementation of agreed-upon action plans
• Develop and maintain control documentation within Workiva
• Coordinate with external auditors to provide requested documentation and audit evidence
• Contribute to the development and execution of the annual internal audit plan
• Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics and automation in audit procedures
