Parts Assistant

EquipmentShare is hiring a Parts Assistant to maintain inventory and assist customers at their rental facility in NW San Antonio, TX. The role involves managing parts orders, purchasing, and invoicing, as well as coordinating with vendors and the service department.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry a plus
• Previous or current experience with budgeting
• Knowledge of Excel and the use of spreadsheets
• Clean driving record
• Exceptional customer service, organization, time management, and communication skills
