Production Associate

EquipmentShare is hiring a Production Associate to perform routine and repetitive production and assembly tasks, supplying correct raw material to assigned work processes using an ERP system. The role involves assembling products, monitoring processes, and carrying out basic quality checks to ensure the product meets specification.

Requirements

• Follow EquipmentShare’s health, safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
• Follow production guidelines and specifications
• Assemble products and parts using various production methods and equipment
• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
• Report any safety or quality issues to the supervisor on duty
• Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials
• Review and follow manufacturing manuals to build machinery
• Transfer equipment manually or with forklift trucks
• Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
• Read and understand engineering drawings
• Use measuring tools to inspect parts
• Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products
• Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses
• Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process
• Utilize machinery such as forklifts to load orders
• Move materials or completed products and packages to established areas
