Property Transaction & Closing Specialist

EquipmentShare is hiring a Property Transaction & Closing Specialist at its Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO. The specialist advises on real estate site selection, transaction structure, and due diligence for new branch openings and leads commercial closings. They will review Title Insurance Documents, summarize diligence documents, and manage and improve real estate and legal department procedures.

Requirements

• Provides advice and counsel related to real estate site selection, transaction structure, due diligence, and real estate documents
• Reviews Title Insurance Documents and deal directly with the Title Insurance Company
• Compiles and executes all documents associated with real estate transactions
• Leads and conducts closings for commercial transaction types
• Reviews, summarizes, and reports diligence related documents
• Interacts with colleagues, outside counsel, and title and escrow agents
