EquipmentShare is hiring a Regional Operations Director to oversee the operational performance of multiple locations/branches within a specific geographical area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, implementing strategies, and driving efficiency and profitability across their region.

• Ensure maximum branch performance and manage operations to maximize financial success
• Monitor metrics including equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, and customer satisfaction
• Travel required across the state/region
