Rental Coordinator

EquipmentShare is hiring a Rental Coordinator to build the future of construction by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology and real-time support. The Rental Coordinator will be responsible for responding to inbound leads, guiding customers through the rental process, and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A great listener and care about solving customer's problems
• Energized by building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers throughout every step of the rental process
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
