Job Description
EquipmentShare is hiring a Senior Accountant to assist with financial reporting, SEC filings, and compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, coordinating with external auditors, and collaborating with accounting and legal teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong written communication skills for technical accounting and disclosures
