Job Description
EquipmentShare is hiring a Senior Accountant to assist with financial reporting, SEC filings, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. The ideal candidate has strong accounting experience and knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong written communication skills for technical accounting and disclosures
