Job Description
EquipmentShare is hiring a Service Manager to lead a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics) at their rental facility in Midland, TX. The Service Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel, maintaining customer relationships, and responding to customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Industry knowledge (in the rental industry or a related construction field)
- Three years of maintenance and service experience
- High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
