Shop Technician (Mechanic)

EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) to work at our rental facility in Pasco, WA. The ideal candidate will have advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools, and be able to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools.

Requirements

• Builds and assigns work orders, tracks machine service intervals, orders parts, and diagnoses issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models
• Maintains paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
• Assists in the training of lower level technicians as needed
• Picks up and delivers equipment & parts
• Is knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
