EquipmentShare is hiring a Warranty Administrator at its Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO. The role involves maintaining records, performing warranty audits, and managing AR aging. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in office.
Requirements
- Maintain records and prepare monthly reports
- Perform various warranty audits and assist in work order audits
- Manage AR aging and communicate with individual OEM's
- Maintain accurate filing system for all service department correspondence documentation
- Review and distribute vendor warranty information
- Perform audits and correct errors in a timely manner
- Assist in establishing filing procedures with new OEM'S
- Assist with all month-end processes
- Submit claims that are under $5,000 in value
- Monitor the service bulletin front box daily
- Review service bulletins to determine applicability
- Create standardized work order templates
- Track completion status of bulletin-related work orders
