Job description
As a Senior AI Integration Developer, you will be responsible for building seamless integrations between AI systems and Equisoft's insurance and investment products. You will work closely with AI/ML teams, product managers, and software development teams to implement cutting-edge AI connectivity standards and orchestrate intelligent workflows that enhance customer experiences.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, building robust API integrations, developing and orchestrating agentic workflow systems, and creating comprehensive Python foundations for Equisoft product integrations.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
