AVP, Strategic Health Management

The AVP, Strategic Health Management role is responsible for leading the development and management of pharmacy benefit strategy, practices, and projects for the Group Division.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmacy benefit management, private payer programs, PBMs, Specialty Drug Providers, or consulting
• Extensive knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment, provincial formularies, pharmacy benefit providers, and end-user environments
• Strong background in process management in a client-facing environment
• Polished negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proven track record as a strong people leader and a coach
