Job Description
Develop leading edge solutions to address health and benefits issues for high-profile clients and prospects, lead client engagements, grow relationships, and contribute to the evolution of health care delivery in North America.
Requirements
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to large, complex clients
- Create and execute a business strategy to penetrate the local and regional market
- Meet or exceed revenue and market penetration goals
- Serve as senior Health and Benefits strategist for clients
- Raise awareness of WTW's capabilities in the marketplace
- Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches
- Build relationships internally with sales and marketing team and consultants
