Manager, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships

This role is responsible for leading the lifecycle of new market entry, including market scouting, partner identification, deal architecture, and negotiation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience
• 2+ years of direct experience in healthcare corporate development, strategy, investment banking, or high-level strategic partnerships
• Structural expertise in designing and negotiating complex partnerships, alliances, or strategic agreements
• Economic literacy in understanding and pressure-testing deal economics and financial drivers
• Advanced relationship management skills in managing negotiations and building trust with external partners or community organizations
