Recreational Assistant
Experience working with older adults, Mandarin and/or Cantonese fluency, and background in recreation or related human services field
Founding Engineer
7-10 years of experience in shipping prod software, fluency in TypeScript/Node and cloud-native design, comfort working in a dynamic environment
Social Worker (MSW)
Master's degree, 1+ year experience working with frail elderly, experience with psychosocial assessments and care planning
Social Work Assistant
High School Diploma or Equivalency, experience working with frail and elderly population, current CPR certification
Occupational Therapist
2+ years of experience in occupational therapy, Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, valid California Occupational Therapy license
Home Care Coordinator (LVN/RN)
2+ years of home care experience, 1+ year of experience working with the elderly, LVN preferred
Recreational Therapist
2 years of experience in social or recreational program, Bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification
Physical Therapist
DPT degree, 2+ years of experience in physical therapy, strong communication skills
Registered Dietitian
Bachelor's or advanced degree in food and nutrition or related field. 1-3 years experience working with elderly population
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, knowledge of EHRs and POCT, excellent communication skills
