Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in primary care or gerontology
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and point-of-care testing (POCT)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
